I engaged Adminable because I was feeling overwhelmed and was not able to fully enjoy my wonderful new business. Rather than feeling excited about how the business was growing, I wasn’t finding time to complete all the necessary tasks. My standards were dropping. and even though I was physically showing up I just couldn’t focus. The mental exhaustion was significant, there were just too many tabs open in my brain! Sophie was exactly what my business and I needed. She was able to provide practical support, and she was also very kind. I really appreciate the moral support that was a welcome change. Sophie really shows an interest in my business and my needs, and I enjoy working with her. I now feel that I am working towards a healthier work life balance and the business is thriving rather than just surviving.
